在数字化与老龄化交织背景下,文章聚焦于老年人从数字鸿沟中的被动排斥者演变为数字沉迷中的主动沉溺者的深层机理。研究基于“技术赋权—异化”的分析视角,通过对21位日均使用短视频超6时的老年人及其8位亲属的深度访谈,揭示了“数字异化”的形成逻辑。研究发现,老年人短视频沉迷是心理补偿、素养断层、家庭纵容与平台助推四重机制耦合驱动的“数字异化”结果,体现为数字技术从赋权工具向支配性力量的逆转。为此,文章提出了个体—家庭—平台—社会—政府“五位一体”的协同纾解框架,倡导从浅层“数字反哺”转向批判性数字素养培育,推动平台责任伦理的有机嵌入并构建制度性防护网络,以促进老年人实现从数字沉迷到数字自主的积极转向,为数字时代促进积极老龄化提供理论参考与实践启示。
Abstract：In the context of the interweaving of digitalization and aging, the article focuses on the deep mechanism of the evolution of elderly people from passive exclusion in the digital divide to active addiction in digital addiction. Based on the analysis perspective of “technology empowerment alienation”, this study reveals the formation logic of “digital alienation” through in-depth interviews with 21 elderly people who use short videos for more than 6 hours a day and 8 of their relatives. Research has found that the addiction of elderly people to short videos is a result of the coupling of psychological compensation, literacy gap, family indulgence, and platform assistance driven “digital alienation”, manifested as the reversal of digital technology from an empowering tool to a dominant force. To this end, the article proposes a collaborative relief framework of “individual family platform society government”, advocating a shift from shallow “digital feedback” to critical digital literacy cultivation, promoting the organic embedding of platform responsibility ethics, and building an institutional protection network to promote the positive transformation of elderly people from digital addiction to digital autonomy, providing theoretical reference and practical inspiration for promoting positive aging in the digital age.
