陕西开放大学学报

因长期以来校园教学活动有限，开放大学在校园文化建设领域相对滞后。近年来，在国家开放大学的倡导下，地方开放大学以将地域文化融入校园文化建设作为切入点，在开放大学校园文化建设方面取得一定成效，但也存在融合程度欠佳、资源挖掘不够深入、缺乏有效机制等问题。开放大学唯有精准定位问题，并开展针对性整改，方能大力推进特色地域文化融入开放大学校园文化建设，营造推动开放大学校园文化深入发展的良好态势。

Due to the long-term limitations of campus teaching activities, open universities have lagged behind in campus culture development. In recent years, under the guidance of the Open University of China, local open universities have made some progress by integrating regional culture into campus cultural initiatives. However, challenges remain such as insufficient integration depth, inadequate resource exploration, and lack of effective mechanisms. Only through precise identification of these issues and targeted reforms can open universities effectively incorporate distinctive regional cultures into their campus development, thereby fostering a positive momentum for deeper cultural advancement on campus.
