自2014年兴起以来,"IP"概念在中国已走过了五年的发展历程,其影响力也不断扩大。然而,时至今日,"IP"本身却仍未被赋予一个稳定、清晰且为大众所公认的定义,这无疑对有关现象和问题的研究造成阻碍。故此,本文就"IP"的定义问题展开讨论,对过往有关"IP"定义的误解作了解释与说明,并尝试为"IP"确立清晰定义,以为未来有关研究提供便利。

Since it comes into being in 2014, the new concept "IP" has already gone through five years of development. Although it becomes increasingly influential, the concept has not been given a clear definition until now. The absence of definition brings many obstacles in the past. This article aims to fill the research gap mentioned above. In the article, the past misunderstanding of "IP" will be discussed, then based on the study of the materials related to "IP" in the past five years, a definition will be given to the concept "IP".
