本文从财务价值、客户服务、精益管理、创新与发展和绿色绩效五个方面，构建物流企业的绿色供应链绩效评价体系，基于层次分析法确定指标权重，并建立模糊综合评价模型进行评价。研究表明，该方法能够有效地对物流企业进行绿色供应链绩效评价，为物流企业的管理者与决策者提供参考意见，进而提升绿色供应链绩效水平。

From five aspects of financial value, customer service, lean management, innovation and development, and green performance, this paper constructs a green supply chain performance evaluation system for logistics enterprises, determines the index weight based on the analytic hierarchy process, and establishes a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for evaluation. The research shows that this method can effectively evaluate the green supply chain performance of logistics enterprises, provide reference for managers and decision-makers of logistics enterprises, and then improve the green supply chain performance level.
